We provide revisions based on the package you have selected.
Customers may request unlimited free revisions as long as the design concept remains the same. The standard turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Once a refund is issued, all design rights transfer to McGuys and you may not use any portion of the refunded design.
Our design and development teams adhere strictly to client specifications. Each project is researched and created to ensure quality, originality, and relevance to the client’s needs.
We are committed to revising your design until you are fully satisfied (within the limits of your selected package).
All timelines apply only to weekdays (Monday–Friday).
We retain your finalized project files for record purposes. If needed, we can resend final files upon your verified request.
We offer 24-hour customer support through live chat, phone, and email to address client questions or concerns.
McGuys is not liable for communications from any email addresses other than those ending with @mcguys.com, or phone numbers not listed on our official website.
We recommend verifying communication channels before sharing confidential information.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration details when accessing McGuys services. McGuys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or incomplete information.
All logos and designs are created from scratch. If a submitted logo is found to closely resemble an existing design, we will re-draw it at no additional cost. Clients are responsible for registering their artwork copyrights.
